I stopped blowing smoke & started building my fire.

It begins with an End of Lie Conversation.

It took me years to see the love I have for learning as a clever way to keep hiding. I learned to read Tarot, was attuned to Reiki, trained as a life coach, started writing a book and discovered I love sparkles and prisms. What I didn’t do was tell anyone. I was scared of being told it was wrong and I would quit or go back into hiding my talents. The fantasy of fulfilling my dream was an easy escape from the reality of having conversations that make bring smoke into my life, the trouble kind, not the lovely clean hearth kind. I blamed others for not being curious about me and the imagined poor response they would give; it was me who was too shy to be open and honest and strong enough to listen to an honest response.

To engage in this experience with me does not entail huge change or perpetual novelty; that is distraction. It is a repeat practice and small steps. This isn’t burnt bridges or fast familiarity. Communication that is simple and clear comes when we know ourselves even better. Come explore and express yourself differently, first with me, then on your own as you become comfortable with the bravery required for honesty.
